The White House, and a bunch of current and former staffers, have been annotating President Obama's previous State of the Union addresses. It's truly an iconic use of the Web Annotator, and I'm very psyched to be the one bearing the news. The annotations themselves carry some serious depth: they take you bend the scenes of the seat of government and give a wide range of perspectives: the information here is truly illuminating, and it's tied to specific referents in historic documents.
