October 7th is a huge day this year for pop-punk fans, with one reason being the release of Set It Off's Upside Down! The project is a step in a different direction from their previous efforts, with influences rooted in pop, R&B, and hip hop.
My personal favorite tracks from the album are "Want," "Diamond Girl," "Tug Of War," "Hypnotized," and "Me w/o Us." I enjoyed that the band's sound has diverged from what it used to be while still maintaining the spark that brought them to where they are today.
