Let's all welcome @KhalilaDouze to the Genius fam-bam!!!

Khalila comes to us from The FADER, where she's been Social Media Editor and Manager, building their team and content across Facebook, Twitter, Insta (and the other ones too!). Before that, Khalila was a Social Media Strategist and Analyst on the agency side at Havas, so she knows all the angles. Starting this week, she's gonna blow it out for Genius! Fun week to start, amirite?!

This is a big milestone for the Genius crew. In the past, staff and mods have pitched in and kept us in the social game, but now Khalila's here to figure out how to take things to the next level. Khalila's job is to build our social team and strategy—she'll be sharing projects so that more people can see what y'all do and start doing it with us. She's also going to be working with all of y'all to figure out what we want to share and more ways we can share it.
