You may have new music in your inbox

new message from music xray

Greetings from Music Xray's Fan Match team,

You've been matched to a new song! The music in your inbox has been matched to you based your personal listening preferences. We hope you will become a fan of anything you find interesting.  Be sure to check out this video (http://www.musicxray.com/fanmatch_for_fans) if you'd like a refresher on how Fan Match works.

Not seeing a song once you've logged in? When an artist runs a fan match campaign, we send an email out to the fans that are eligible to hear the song. The number of emails is typically greater than the number of available slots in the campaign. Since the song doesn't actually appear in your account until you visit your inbox, it is possible that the campaign can finish before you get a chance to hear it. So when you get the emails saying there is a song in your inbox, you need to act quickly or it may not be available. In some rare cases, this can sometimes happen almost immediately (depending on how fast the other fan users are who also received this assignment).

Please note that you can adjust your email preferences anytime you are finding these reminders bothersome.

Please keep in mind that many of the new artists you hear are just starting out. They may not be ready for their close up. Your decision to become a fan or not is feedback for them. You are helping to decide their fate. Please become their direct fan if you feel they deserve it.

Fan Match is growing by leaps and bounds as an exciting new way to discover new music and the musicians behind it. That growth is driven by music fans like you who invite others to the site.

Thank you for supporting emerging musicians!
