Hey guys! So now that the whole Kimye-Taylor drama has died down, it seems like people are just ignoring it entirely. However, there's something most of us overlooked because we were so distracted by the "I made that bitch famous" controversy. Before you go and downvote this, I'm not commenting on the Taylor Swift situation. I'm not commenting on Kanye's career as a whole, nor am I hating on him. I just thought I'd address something almost no one has.
In the "Famous" music video, Kanye put a wax figure of Rihanna next to one of Chris Brown. As many already know, Chris was abusive towards Rihanna when they were still together. So what makes this okay? And please don't say it's art, because it's not art, it's disgusting. I've been in an abusive relationship as well, and I want nothing to do with my ex. It's disrespectful towards Rihanna, yet he's regarded as a "genius" for that video.
