Today is the 20th anniversary of The Backstreet Boys' debut lp. Who could forget their breakout single "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)?" Remember that music video???

Well I talked to the man behind the hit, songwriter Herbie Crichlow. He had a lot of interesting things to say about working with the Boys, not working with *NYSNC, and how to touch people's souls.
